Based on years of technological experience, Bronze has developed a gate driver solution family covering gate driver ICs, gate driver boards, power units, and power stacks, meeting the requirements of applications such as locomotive traction, renewable power generation, electric vehicles, smart grids. At the event, Bronze exhibited popular products applied in transportation electrification, including the 2QD0535T33-C and 2QP0535Vx series drivers. These products use the Bronze's in-house developed ASIC chipset, featuring compact design, high cost-effectiveness, and strong compatibility. They are equipped with fault diagnosis, high isolation voltage, and soft shutdown functions, compatible with various packages including EconoDual3, 62mm, and XHP, covering the majority of power ranges for locomotive traction solutions.
During the forum's presentation section, Pei Bin, gate driver product manager at Bronze , delivered a speech entitled Driver Design for SiC Power Devices. In his presentation, Pei Bin provided a detailed analysis of the challenges in designing drivers for SiC power devices, highlighting Bronze's solutions and SiC gate driver products.
